I initially tried to get information from the internet, and this was not very helpful at Bob Hall compared to other local businesses. It was difficult to get any price info that way. I even made more than one attempt but was told to just come in and see someone. Other dealerships (Dave Smith and Ellensburg) were happy to email me quotes and cars, and if the Olympic car that Melina found had not come along, I would have used one of them. Also, in all honesty, your brand new Traverse prices were higher than Ellensburg dealerships for the exact same car and options. In the end, we found the car we wanted (thanks to Melina!) and and were very happy! I have already recommended her to others. More

The inspection of the vehicle we purchased was not done correctly, if so we would not have had to take it back to have the driver door fixed and rear view mirrors replaced they were not even the correct on correctly, if so we would not have had to take it back to have the driver door fixed and rear view mirrors replaced they were not even the correct ones for our suv, we now also have to put money into the wheels for a censor for each wheel, if it says the car has it, you should also make sure that it is working or atleast be up front with the people and tell them. we would never recommend to anyone to buy from Bob Hall you say your upfront with everything not true. I would like to thank the service dept. we have been treated great from them and they have been very upfront with us and that is what i like dont feed me full crap the truth goes along way. More

We had a great experience at this dealership - it was a quick, easy deal. The only reason I rated the customer service at a "4" was because we needed a second key, but the machine was broken, and Alex did quick, easy deal. It was a nice change dealing with the salesman throughout our purchase, instead of being passed from person to person. I went to the dealership on Friday 12/18/09 to just take a look at some Impala's. I had no intention to buying. Armando came up to me and I though....great...here we go. Another sales person. To be truthful, I didn't buy the idea. About an hour later I was driving out with my brand new 2010 Chevy Impala. I could not say NO because of the speacial 0% APR they had going on and the Bottom Line Price was GREAT!!!! I will make sure to go there again for my next purchase. I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic EX. I live in western Washington and dropped into this dealership while in town for business. I had already visited dealerships in western Washington and receieved internet prices. Bob Hall's price was over $500 less than any of the other dealers. They matched the other dealers price for my trade and they have a lower sales tax. All told I saved almost $800. Several western Washington dealers told me that the deal was too good to be true, not possible, etc... and refused to match it. Well, the deal was true, we wrote the deal up via fax, I picked the car up on a Saturday. There was no hassle, the car was cleaned, gassed and garaged indoors overnight for delivery Saturday morning. Our entire time spent at the dealership was less than 2 hours, most of which was spent with them insuring that we were acquainted with the new vehicle and happy with it. The paperwork was less than 30 minutes. What a great experience! More
