I was referred to Scholfield Hyundai and Heather Cusick in particular by a friend who had bought cars from her in the past. Heather turned out to be the one of the best sales experiences I ever had. She was courteous and polite, always ready to answer our questions or seek out answers she didn't know off hand. She was not pushy like so many car salesmen are. She even let me get off the lot after my first visit without undo pressure to "buy now". She came across as up front and honest. After we completed the deal Trey also greeted us and made us feel like a valued customer. Pat Allen also was pleasant and courteous. He presented options for extended warranties and insurances but did not try to pressure us into accepting them. I liked how Heather was up front about the crack in the windshield. She simply told me what happened, what they were going to do about it and gave us choices about when to take delivery of the car. She didn't try to hid it and just fix it without our knowledge like so many other dealers would have done. I came away from the whole experience feeling like they really care about their customers.
