Courteous, knowledgable, & ready to please. I was in getting my 2012 Sonata serviced. I ask Matt about the special credit for veterans just to see how it worked. He went out of his way to show me what interested me and my wife. Drove it home for her inspection and for her to drive. We were impressed with the vehicle and the deal. Matt was very patient and called us several times to sweeten the deal. Even later he called about similar vehicles that met our needs. Unfortunately, we were upside down with our current loan because we used the 2012 as collateral for other financial needs. It was an amazing deal; we just didn't feel like that it made sound financial situation for us right then. We will be back looking for Matt when the time is right for us! More

Excellent Car buying Experience I had a bad experience with another dealership so I was pretty frustrated. Decided just to "stop" in and see their inventory. Joe Reece met me at the door and showed me the exact car I was looking for. He gave me the keys and said take it home and see how you like it. They filled it up with gas and off I went. Next thing you know I was buying that car! There wasn't any hassle, they didn't hound me with phone calls, or email/text me nonstop. The didn't try to pressure me on anything. Great Experience. I dealt with John about 5 years ago and at the time I just wasn't ready. He never pressured me, never inendated me with phone calls or e-mails. When I was ready, I ended up finding out that John still worked there and he said he remembered me???? My experience with Hyundai has been nothing but pleasant. I've ended up texting him to find out about somethings dealing with my new car that I wasn't sure about and he always seems willing to help me. I believe that I might be a Hyundai customer for life.
