Between Josh, financing, and the manager, they got us what we needed for our trade and where we needed to be on the overall purchase of the vehicle. I had been to another local dealer who didn't appear to want to sell me a car so I was on the phone and web talking to dealers out of the area because I was ready to buy. A friend suggested that I go to the west dealership as she knew someone who was very satisfied with their experience there. I walked into the dealership, was greeted by Hamilton who went to work to get me what I asked for. He came up with a deal that was better than I expected and sold me a car. He was interested in listening to what I wanted rather than trying to sell me something else and was diligent in getting it done. He took the time to show me around the dealership and explained the services, sat in the car and showed me how to work the features making sure that all my needs were met and I was satisfied with my purchase. And Kurt in finance made the tedious chore of paper work easier. I enjoyed working with these gentlemen and would highly recommend this dealership.
