He has a great personality, enjoyable to wok with and knows his products. He worked with us to find the right car and the right price. Hamilton didn't even mind that it was the first snow storm of the season! LOL When it came time to sign the loan papers our loan rep was quick to process the papers but explained everything completely. He did not push any extra services that I was not interested in. Any time I brought my 2012 in for service, Mark in the service department always took good care of me and I am sure that will continue with my 2015. You can bet I will be back in a few years for my next ride! More

From our first visit to the lot we received the best customer service out of any dealership in Wichita (we visited a lot looking for our first dealership car!). Aron Midlebrook was new in his position but perfect for us, authentic, and very friendly. We chatted about family and west side living while casually looking for what we wanted. They let us drive whatever we wanted to try and suggested some we hadn't considered. We ended up with a 2013 Elantra GT and LOVE it. We've had the car 6 months now and have had no issues. We've run into the dealership owner/manager several times around other west side businesses. Always friendly and remember us as customers! We will be back for future vehicles because of their honest and friendly atmosphere. We have zero buyers remorse.
