My fiancée and I were browsing for this specific car in the area and found the most attractive price at this location. We went to visit the car and were immediately greeted by Bill. He briefly told us about the car and offered a test drive. We found the car to be well-cared for, in excellent condition, was great to drive, and had low mileage. It was a great find at a good price. Working with Bill was a pleasure. He was friendly, respectful, and not as pushy as I had expected. Other dealers that I have dealt with in the past made me feel like I had to urgently make a decision. Bill, however, provided us with as much information and time as we needed to make the right choice. While we were working with the financing department, Bill had a few surprises prepared for us. As he was giving us the keys, he also handed over a box of freshly baked cookies. It was a very unexpected and delicious surprise. Also, we thought it was funny to find his business cards in random places in the car - the sun visor, the trunk, the passenger's seat. We even found $2 in the gas compartment to help at our next fuel up. Little things such as these were not necessary, but they made the experience that much more pleasurable. After the purchase, we did find some minor problems with the car. After bringing it to Bill's attention, he said that he would gladly get it taken care of for us. We really appreciated that he took responsibility for the car and did not abandon the sale after it was completed. Most importantly, he made sure to resolve the issues that we had. Spencer was professional and respectful when working with us, and we were able to negotiate a fair price. The financing process was a long one, but Kurt kept us entertained with his humor and accent. He was also very helpful in understanding the paperwork and was not pushy. Michael in the service department was very easy to work with. He made sure to communicate with us and even worked with the Acura dealership to resolve an electrical issue, on our behalf. We appreciate his assistance and dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall the Pre-Owned staff at Scholfield Hyundai West and the Service Department were all very helpful and dedicated to us during this car-buying experience. There was no pressure at all (i.e. a coke a day). With this being said, we had financing already in place so their job was a little bit easier. We were considering a few different vehicles with other dealers as well, but not once did they talk negatively about the competition, like we did get from another NISSAN DEALER in town. I, myself, am in sales, and it is never a good idea to talk bad about competition. Will definitely be considering Scholfield Hyundai West for our next vehicle purchase, but this is going to be a few years down the road. More
