AWESOME!!!!!! It was a extremely rough day after a crash lead us to look for a new car. All other dealers are not the same!! Not being able to find the exact car It was a extremely rough day after a crash lead us to look for a new car. All other dealers are not the same!! Not being able to find the exact car we were in before, my husband and I choose a different route. Bill Stout was the gentleman who meet us on the lot. He asked if we were sure this is the car that we wanted, he did not want to pressure us into getting something we did not want. Bill Stout worked with us to get a price plan that would work for us. He negotiated us a price that was lower than the sticker price (other dealership put lower numbers on the web site and have higher prices when you walk in the door.) Bill Stout also noticed a dent in the door that needed fixed, that he said would be done, without putting the price to fix it in the total cost. After the process started, it was 3 hours later that we left with our new vehicle! Both my husband and I were surprised at the length of time, thinking we had been there a shorter amount of time. We has spent most of the day at other dealers getting no where!!! Thank you Bill Stout and Kurt Bull for making this difficult time pleasant! We will be back in the future!!! More

He asked pertinent questions to find out what we really wanted in our new car and made sure we saw the car type we were looking for. Matt also ensured we drove away safely by going over all the major features of the car along with syncing our telephones up to the hands free option. Other staff we encountered were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Chad Pipkin was very good helping us sort financing and warranties of our new car, explaining the option very well.
