We had no problems with the financing either as they work closely with USAA. We love the "little surprises" that we found in the car as well and the follow up available to us as well. It's a Hyundai, Sunday! I inquired online about the lack of a listed price on a "base" model Veloster. I was contacted by Noah Harkness, He arranged for me to come in to t I inquired online about the lack of a listed price on a "base" model Veloster. I was contacted by Noah Harkness, He arranged for me to come in to the dealership and drive a red base Veloster. He was thorough and patient with his explanations, and responses to questions. He demonstrated features before I drove, which made the experience more pleasant. After our drive, he went over the different packages available for the base model. After I had the chance to test drive a competing vehicle from another dealer, I was contacted by Noah, at which time, I asked if a turbo model would be available for a test drive. He was able to bring a turbo model at an arranged time for a test drive. I am very appreciative of the assistance that Noah provided in arranging this experience. I ultimately purchased a Veloster from the dealership, and am confident, that as questions arise, that Noah will be there to help me understand special features on my car that I am sure I have not discovered yet! That's why I started visiting car lots after hours - no chance of being accosted by a shyster if they were off work, right?. Fortunately, I mistimed my visit to Hyundai West! They were not closed yet, and my sales rep John Olson saw me sneaking onto the lot. He wandered over and struck up a conversation. It was very low key with absolutely no pressure. A few days later, after extensive research into the Elantra (love love love it!) I wandered back onto the lot to take another look. John came out, pointed out a few things and invited me back for a test drive. The next day, I test drove it, and John answered a million questions for me. The next day I committed to buying one. I never felt pressured. I don't feel cheated. My research tells me that I got it for a good price! (Yay!) John made it obvious that customer satisfaction is their priority. When it was time to fill out the paperwork, Kurt Bull explained everything in an understandable, entertaining way! The whole process was not what I expected. No slick car salesman, no paying more than the car is worth, no feeling rushed into buying something and paying too much. It was surprisingly easy, pleasant, and friendly. More

The Best Experience -New Lifetime Customer Heather was referred by a good friend after I had a stressful and negative experience with another dealership. The first dealership changed the drive away agreement after I had the vehicle for 10 days; asking for a large down payment and a larger monthly payment. I told them I was no longer interested (as they knew at signing what my financial contraints were at the signing), they asked me to come back in and they would get me into another car. I declined. I no longer trusted them. Although the deal had not been finalized, I felt it a bit unethical to wait 10 days to notify me and change the terms so drastically. I was (still am) in the middle of a personal issue and am the owner of a new small business and time is a premium. I called and asked if I could set up a time to return the vehicle and pick my trade in up (3 times) and never received a response. Still In The First dealers Vehicle, I tried a second dealership and they went the same direction as the first dealership. I told them my parameters for purchase and the particular must haves I wanted in a vehicle. They were very nice, didn't double team me or try to high pressure me, but they immediately showed me several cars that were $4000 to $5ooo higher than what I wanted. I kept asking to be shown something in the price range I requested and they then tried to talk me into a new car. I told them I needed to go and left. Finally, I tried Schofield Hyundai and Heather Cusick. It was a different experience from the moment I walked in. There weren't sales men standing around waiting to pounce on you the minute you walked onto the dealership, but rather Bill Stout walked up and welcomed me, and asked what he could do to help. I told him I was looking for Heather Cusick, and he told me he would be on site in a few minutes and her husband, Spencer Cusick, would be happy to help me. Still, no pressure. I didn't feel vulnerable, I felt safe, like they really cared. But wait, I told myself, don't get sucked in, it's a ploy. My previous experiences were telling me not to trust them. But they soon changed my mind and created a safe, trusting and honest car buying experience. Spencer took me back into his office and wanted to see what my financials looked like and go from there. Wow...really?! How refreshing! They didn't try to upsell me, bs or maneuver me. I told them what I wanted from a vehicle, and they truly made it happen. I bought an HHR and it has absolutely everything I needed and wanted in a car and more. Funny thing, I Didnt Even KNOW What An HHR was. Heather Cusick recommended the HHR and as it turned out she knew what I needed better than I did. I ABSOLUTELY, 100% could not be happier and would recommend Schofield Hyundai and Heather Cusick to anyone no matter what your situation. I'm a Schofield Hyundai "lifer" now. And...The lifetime drive train warranty was icing on the already delicious cake and means the world to a single mom!! THANK YOU Heather Cusick! !! More
Great Experience We went to Scholfield Hyundai to look at a larger SUV to replace our aging Hyundai Tucson (a great car we have owned for 8 years with no issues). We w We went to Scholfield Hyundai to look at a larger SUV to replace our aging Hyundai Tucson (a great car we have owned for 8 years with no issues). We were also considering trading in our second car that we were still making payments on for a less expensive model. We spoke to Bill Stout, explained what we were looking for and what our budget was. After we determined we were definitely getting a Sante Fe, he ran the numbers for us and tried to find a way to make a 2 for 2 deal work within our budget. We might have been able to make it work by stretching our budget, but Bill Stout is the rare kind of salesman that doesn't push you into a deal that you really can't afford. He worked out various options, determined our max price for a second car in order to make a deal work, and then suggested that it might be better to just trade in the vehicle we were already making payments on since it would bring us in under our initial budget while still getting us the family car we really needed. I have a tremendous amount of respect for his style of doing business. Most salesmen prey upon what you want regardless of what you need, and do whatever they can to make a sale. Bill is wise enough to know that by helping us make the right decision instead of a rash decision, he will earn our repeat business later. I have every intention of talking to him first next time I need a car because I know he'll do what's best for me, even if it means making 1 less sale in the short term. I'd highly recommend working with Bill Stout, and Scholfield Hyundai in general. They're great cars, and every person I've dealt with has been friendly and helpful (both times I purchased, one time I didn't, and every time I've been there for service). More
