Mindy has been there the 3 years in keeping me informed on where I stand in purchasing this vehicle. She is a great salesperson and the dealership should have more like her. I was satisfied with the buying process however I found out after I was charged for a service that was never done (VIN etching), nor did I want it but it was added to my price as they told me it was alread out after I was charged for a service that was never done (VIN etching), nor did I want it but it was added to my price as they told me it was already done knowing that it was not. When I brought it to their attention they told me it will get refunded and never was as I have been constantly blown off. I found out they charge every customer for this and they never actually do the work so now I see it is a scam just to get an extra $400 from each customer. Also I have a “we owe” for scratches on the car (brand new purchase) and paint correction that was never done and again I have been blown off about getting this done. I will be taking my car elsewhere to get the paint correction and scratches fixed and then sue Hawk to get reimbursed for it along with the $400 I was charged for the bogus VIN teaching service never done and never wanted. I leased an XT4 back in 2023 and as I am approaching the end of my lease and researching my next vehicle, I am realizing just how much my Hawk sales consultant screwed me on my lease. Shame on me for not being more cautious and not following my instincts by walking away. I guess it’s true what they say about car salesmen.
