On 4/10/23, we purchased a new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from Hawk Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Our salesperson was Joel Andrade. He was excellent. This was easy. So easy. He made it so. We had looked at anot from Hawk Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Our salesperson was Joel Andrade. He was excellent. This was easy. So easy. He made it so. We had looked at another dealership with the idea to purchase there, but everything was much more difficult. One price if we used their financing, a higher price if we went with a different financing, and $3K more if we paid cash. Oh my gosh. The price online and the price in person at this "other" dealership soon added up to $5K more than expected. We said no thank you and headed to the Hawk dealership in Forest Park. Again, we were lucky to have found Joel Andrade. Accommodating, thorough, happy to take as much time as we needed, answered all questions, and is there for us when we have any more questions. We could not have had a better experience. Note - we have purchased, over the years, six or seven vehicles from this dealership prior to buying this car two days ago. Of course, the dealership has changed names a couple of times. The last purchase here was in 2014, so it has been awhile. We were VERY impressed with Joel and are glad to have found him. Well done. More
