Made an apt for recall. I had arranged for help-turning my friends day upside down to get my car there since you don’t seem to have any loaners. Not sure how that’s possible since I saw one on the road not a day later with your name all over it?!???? Only found out after I arrived that my part wasn’t there. Made 2nd appt to try again to fix recall, I arrived and found that mechanic screwed up and didn’t rotate the tires per the recall so I had to sit there for about 40 mins waiting. My ride had left so I was stuck. Not happy. Would have a hard time recommending a place that is so disorganized and can’t even provide a loaner car for a recall. Pretty poor customer service More
