Not sure why they use pinch welds to lift a truck. - Led astray

Not sure why they use pinch welds to lift a truck....but that was the deciding factor when they suggested I do not continue to have them service my F150. "The pinch welds are too rusted, and not many people would be comfortable lifting your truck for service down the road." Well why not position your lift arms to use the frame? Every where I've checked, the pinch welds are not appropriate to lift a body-on-frame vehicle. However, this is standard practice at Brad Manning Ford. Therefore I adhered to their suggestion and put off the service which would have made them a couple thousand dollars. Seems counterproductive.

Milking labor costs- Insurance Claim - Repulsed

Had new vehicle towed in for service and was quoted repairs would take 5 hours labor...total costs around $1500. Towed to another Ford dealer and it cost me $250.00. Taking advantage of insurance claim payment is unethical. You will NOT even get my business if I need touch up paint.
