Hi Jeff, thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your business. I want to apologize that you ended up taking your vehicle out of storage to bring in as we should have been more clear over the phone when you called to schedule the appointment. Certain recalls come with advance notice letters that say Ford will send you a (new) letter to inform you that parts are available. This was one of those instances. We shared this example with everyone in Service recently to ensure this does not happen again, and we are reading recall letters with customers over the phone prior to scheduling the appointment!
