Brought my Escape in for new tires, to fix the rear sensor, and an oil change. Took a little longer than anticipated, but we were able to make due with one car. Everyone was friendly and the estimates sensor, and an oil change. Took a little longer than anticipated, but we were able to make due with one car. It was easy to book the appointment. It was a fast in and out. The car was ready when they promised. Even though factory recalls are annoying they made the process smooth. I was very pleasantly surprised. After being told my truck could not go through the quick Lane for an oil change. I had to make an appointment at the truck service center. I contacted them and they tol truck could not go through the quick Lane for an oil change. I had to make an appointment at the truck service center. I contacted them and they told me they were full, however Steve said he would do something to be able to give me in. I brought my truck there and got in quite quickly and was on my way. More
