I had "The Works" done on a Monday late afternoon. I was in and out in record time even with a car wash. Friendly people! in and out in record time even with a car wash. Friendly people! More

I scheduled an appointment to have the back up camera recall notice completed. When scheduled I confirmed they had parts to perform the recall upgrade and I also confirmed again when I dropped my truck o recall notice completed. When scheduled I confirmed they had parts to perform the recall upgrade and I also confirmed again when I dropped my truck off at 9:00 AM. At 4:00 PM I called the dealer to learn the recall was not completed. The truck was completed the next day and I was not contacted as promised. When I went to use the truck to move some trailers around I learned the camera lines which show distance behind truck and line which follow ball no longer are present. The camera itself also randomly moves from standard view to magnified view to ball at trailer. It is not usable and I am out of town. I hope to work with a manager to resolve or might be best to try find another dealer to resolve. The oil was also changed the oil. The mileage written on the paper work did not match the trucks mileage, the mileage written on the oil change sticker advised to change oil in either 4300 miles or July 2027???? now I wonder if the incompetent technician put in the right oil? More

Good Dealership. From walking in to leaving the Quick Lane Everything was Great. The Service Adviser was very good and Knowledgeable about my Truck. The Waiting room was Clean. I towed it here from 200 miles away because I need skill and professionalism. The guys were afraid to touch it. They didn't like working on old stuff. I get it. But I'm not giving you 5 stars for timid service. I had two requests that were not even addressed because they didn't want to bother with it. On the other hand.. Scott is a class A guy.. wish there were more like him. He referred me to a great place for the interior. As I said... I get it. Don't want to work on old crap. That's fine, but that's not 5 stars.
