I bought a car a year and a half ago 2015 Ford Escape Titanium 90,000 miles on it day later shocks went bad they said they had a miscommunication with parks department and they knew the shocks were bad a Titanium 90,000 miles on it day later shocks went bad they said they had a miscommunication with parks department and they knew the shocks were bad and he sold me a car anyway then the horn went out a week later did you want to pay for it gets fixed since I had a warranty they wanted me to pay for it so end up paying half of it which I didn't like and I took it in the windshield wiper in the back broke after it went through car wash which they said it was broken before tires I got the tires I took it to the Quick Lane and they said the tires were at 4% for 30 seconds and I told the manager manager said went talk to them new manager says tires are okay he said that is why I'm so your tires so I took a Discount Tire they said used tires are bad Colt Ford Hawk Ford they said know so I had to put out another $800 for tires would not recommend Hawk Ford in st-charles More

I used the Quick Lane for service. Service was fast. Staff was efficient . Oil changed and filter replaced. I did have to go to the service department for the Recall Notice.
