I bought my 2013 Mazda 3 at Hawk (nee Bill Jacobs) Mazda 14 years ago and I've been happily using their service department ever since. When I decided to splurge for my 50th birthday, I paid them a visit and had a very pleasant shopping experience with Jerry. He patiently facilitated me test-driving 3 or 4 different Miatas even though I was pretty confident I knew which one I was picking since I had peeked at the inventory online. I ended up getting a good price on a 2026 MX-5 Miata Grand Touring with the auto retracting hardtop and I love love love it. My wife was miffed that I didn't haggle but I regret nothing! Car is so fun to drive. The ladies in finance were also very friendly. Great car buying experience. Thanks Jerry! More

From the moment I walked into Hawk Mazda, I felt welcomed. Jordan Maurer was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured at any point. He gave honest feedback from other people regarding all aspects of each car I looked at, helping to weigh the pros and possible cons for what I personally needed and what was important to me. I went in twice to look at the SUVs. Both times, he was able to answer all of my questions and brought up great points I didn't even think to ask! I cannot praise his friendliness, professionalism, and great assistance enough! Melissa, the manager, was wonderful, as well! I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped me complete the paperwork. She made this mundane and often stressful part of the purchase very easy and smooth, explaining each area of signatures very well so I didn't feel like I was signing away my soul! Thank you to everyone at Hawk Mazda. I love my new SUV! More
