The offered a used 2025 vehicle for sale. Thus ensued several emails back and forth over several days in which they offered add-ons, which I declined. They refused to sell me the vehicle without the add-ons. I just learned that this is illegal and a deceptive practice. I told them this and that they no longer have the opportunity for my business. Most of my interactions were with James Wolff, who seemed to be honest and straightforward; said that "management" wouldn't do the deal. If I could give Hawk 0 stars, I would. Better rating for James. More
