Received an email from salesman that the used car I wanted to purchase was "in great condition" and "passed rigorous multi-tiered inspection by certified master technicians" and "personally ensured mai wanted to purchase was "in great condition" and "passed rigorous multi-tiered inspection by certified master technicians" and "personally ensured maintenance was up-to-date and all fluids changed". After reading CarFax, noticed head gasket was replaced by their dealership. When I asked why the head gasket needed replacing, I found out that they never did replace the head gasket (not worth investing in the car to fix it) and were selling the car at their tent sale AS-IS knowing it had a blown head gasket. So, why was I told the car was in great shape when they knew it had problems? Sad. I reached out and asked for an explanation & no apologies given. More
