Pretty easy process…. .longest wait was for finance but they were a man short But he made up for smoothness in fully explaining the warranty options….Russ was great! Took the time to show me all the bells and whistles and how to operate them. Disappointed in the trade in value of my Jeep…but…it is what was. Happy with new Outback. 80miles on its first day and it was smooth…..recommend all who buy a Subaru read the manual or really work through all the whistles before driving, so your not calling Russ….”how does this work?” Great car, Great staff so far.
