We walked in to the dealership without an appointment late on a Thursday night to look at an Ascent that was in stock according to the website. One had actually been sold just before we got there. Vince took care of us even though it was getting late. We took it for a test drive and really liked it. We came back the next night with our trade in and bought the car. Everything was smooth from the pricing, trade-in and financing. Everyone was really great even though it was 8:35 pm by the time we drove away and they usually close for the day at 8:00 pm. More

The experience was good over all but I feel they did give me a couple thousand lower than they could have on my trade. The Kelly blue book price said it was worth at least that much more.
