Repairs were not completed as I was informed on initial drop off time at 8am. I was told the part was in and my car would be ready EOD. It was not until I called to inquire at 5pm about my car that the par drop off time at 8am. I was told the part was in and my car would be ready EOD. It was not until I called to inquire at 5pm about my car that the parts were not available, and it would be completed the following day. Total lack of service information updates. When the car was finally ready, I picked up my car with greasy hand prints on the tan leather interior and head liner. I will not be returning to Hawk for either one of my Subaru’s for service, I will drive the extra distance for Gerald, or Orland Park. Screwed me once, it won’t happen again 😎 More

Brought my Outback disabled, Jeff Colbert helped from start to the end with the issue and with contacting Firestone so I didn't have to be charge for repairs.
