Ridiculous that you would charge to have the battery terminals cleaned- my issue was a 1 Yr old battery that was dead. Additionally, you have to charge $199 to plug in a code reader to see if there are terminals cleaned- my issue was a 1 Yr old battery that was dead. Josh the salesman was fantastic no pressure at all was very helpful in explaining all the gadgets for the car.
