Absolutely amazing experience! ! We got 2 cars in 2 days! We probably would have gotten 2 in one day had we each brought in our trade-ins. From the first call, the customer service ! We got 2 cars in 2 days! We probably would have gotten 2 in one day had we each brought in our trade-ins. From the first call, the customer service was impeccable!!! We traded in one car at the end of the night- and though it was past closing time, we never felt pressured. We came back first thing the next day to complete our second trade. Amazing people!! Amazing service!! Truly excited about our new cars!! I am excited to be a member of the Subaru family, and feel honored to have started this journey with Hawk Subaru in Joliet!!
