Hawthorne Chevrolet - Service Center

They charged $150 labor fee for checking our battery draining problem. What they do is simply pulling out the USB charger and told us "pull it out everytime after driving". The technician refused our request to further checking the circuit or wires, with a very impatient altitude. This is my worst experience with a car dealer ever. More
