Overall a very good experience for me- my first time buying a car, on my own, from a dealership. A very relaxed atmosphere, they let me make up my mind, and even let me drive the vehicle home a few tim buying a car, on my own, from a dealership. Rubin in the finance department explained things thouroughly to me, and after some searching got me a good rate and good trade in for my vehicle. I felt like the price was fair, and have no regrets. There was a minor repair issue which was taken care of, and my vehicle was even cleaned for me when I took it back to be worked on. Thanks guys for making this a good experience for me. Service Dept was poor in that they let vehicle go on lot with broken power mirrors, worn out brakes, and leaking power steering line. Discovered problems when getting tires at Kaufman's several days after truck purchase. Bottom Line; 1> Mr Wood did excellent job covering service dept's mistakes. 2> Hopefully, Service will catch up with Sales 3> With some reservation would recommend dealership.
