The alternator/generator went out on my 2020 RAM 1500 Limited. Also, had an LED that was not working in one of the headlight clusters. This was covered under warranty. There was also a soft recall on the real window leaking that was repaired. My rating of speed of service has nothing to do with the service that I received at Hayes. Rick was great in communicating what was going on with my vehicle. However, took over a month for Stellantis to provide the generator. After the part arrived, my vehicle was repaired the very next day. More
