We found it online, called in about it, test drove it, and bought it same day. The whole process was smooth, easy, and FAST. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. The owner and staff are friendly, respectful, and felt like they had our back the entire time. We felt like they were in our corner in our car buying adventure. The salesman, Harrison, was amazing. He answered all of our questions, was very friendly, and at the end of the day we felt like we had made a new friend. The financial manager was amazing as well. Very warm and welcoming. She made us feel like home as we signed all of our paperwork. Long story short, this is an amazing place. I'd fully recommend it! More

Don`t trust the reviews We recently purchased a used minivan from Hayes. I will start off by saying what initially drew us to Hayes was an 2015 Dodge Journey (new) that we wa We recently purchased a used minivan from Hayes. I will start off by saying what initially drew us to Hayes was an 2015 Dodge Journey (new) that we wanted to see that was advertised on there website and had everything we were looking for (dvd,leather,bluetooth, 3 rows seating). Upon arrival we were greeted by Harrison. After speaking with him he told us that he couldn't find the Journey we had seen on the internet and to get everything that we were looking for and to stay within our budget we would be looking at used minivans (which was ok we like minivans). He showed us three minivans and none were quite what we were looking for, so we sat at his desk and he began to look on there web site for other vehicles when we told him we needed to leave. He then told us he had one more minivan for us to look at that would possibly be an match to what we were looking for after we upgraded 1500 for leather seats. We looked at the minivan and after Harrison assured us that it HAD everything we wanted once upgraded (dvd, leather (1500 upgrade), Bluetooth radio, 3 rows) and we agreed to it. We were sitting at the desk when they began to run there HARD credit checks (my life lock was sending urgent messages (4 times they ran my credit)) and came back with percentage rates and assumed monthly payments. The rates they had given us couldnt compare with what Carvana was offering (nor Hayes minivan they were offering (Carvanas had everything plus more)) so we told them we were going to leave and wait to see the vehicle Carvana was dropping off. Harrison asked us to wait while he went and got his business card and returned not with his business card but with there used car sales manager Don Waddell (so it was clear they were not happy we were wanting to leave and wait on Carvanan). Don and Harrison gave us a price to save us 500 including the leather upgrade than the other minivan (and offered 3k trade for our current minivan which was a great deal but with Carvana I didn't need to trade in). At this point my wife (whom we were purchasing the vehicle) has shut down after basically being held there and agrees to purchase the van and she leave to pick our children up from school while I stay to do paperwork and test-drive. While test-driving I asked Harrison again if it had Bluetooth and he said YES- hands free calling- Bluetooth, it also had the dvd player and would have dodge leather seats once upgraded on Monday plus wash it and vacuum because they didn't have a chance to do it by the time we were leaving (it was an Friday we were purchasing leather to be installed the following Monday) The financing department was wonderful and the only employee who didn't seem to care if I walk out with an vehicle or not but wanted to get me the best financing he could, and he did! (only reason they received two stars). So after everything was done and on the way home my wife then tells me she cried the entire way home because of the pressure Harrison and Waddell made her feel and just wanted out of there so she agreed to this minivan (Im telling you very high pressure). Once were home and begin playing with the operators manual (cd rom not an paper manual) and back and forth with the van to the computer, we come to the realization that the van didn't have the Bluetooth calling we wanted, and was promised by Harrison (even though the radio is U connect and has calling functions on the radio), so we will have to purchase an aftermarket radio for this nearly new van (11 months old)!!! So come Monday we hear nothing from Hayes so I call on Tuesday and the tell us it will be Thursday for the leather install and that they will cover a rental vehicle (big enough to accommodate my family) while doing it. So my wife drops it off and the only rental vehicle is a small Sonata that wont accommodate my family, so I have to leave work early to help pick up our children from school, and couldn't miss the next day so I called to see when my minivan would be ready and they said around 5 pm. So I drive out there to find my minivan minus a quarter tank of gas (was right below full when dropped off and picked up on 3/4 mark( plus the mpg rating had dropped from a steady 23.5 to .03)) and the van still wasn't washed. Now the 1500 we paid to upgrade to leather seats---- this parts really gets me going----- are basically a 500 set of cheap leather seat covers (not the factory leather we were promised by Harrison and Waddell!!!!) that you can order yourself, install and spend less than $650 total. So in short, this dealership ruined our first time buying a newer vehicle, (first time with a dealership too), lies about options, overselling upgrades, and don't live up to there word... Harrison has little knowledge of the vehicles hes selling and Waddell will do anything to no let you leave without one of there vehicles. The best person in the dealership we dealt with was Langley- financing. More

As our regular salesman has retired (Fred Sharp), we dealt with Dion. As a natural skeptic, I was pretty sure that we were not going to work well together. However, Dion changed my opinion very quickly with his knowledge, quick wit, and singing skills during our test drive. Long story short, my mom bought a beautiful new car, which Dion and JP delivered, and everyone is happy. Dion, you are now stuck with the Sagel family!!! ;) More

Best car buying experience to date! I recently purchased my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Hayes and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Shawn Womack, Joe Lary, and the rest I recently purchased my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Hayes and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Shawn Womack, Joe Lary, and the rest of the Hayes team. They were completely professional but still treated me like family...something I definitely appreciated since I was there alone. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of and throughout the whole process there was never a doubt in my mind that they were all working in my best interest. There were times I hesitated because I hadn't actually planned on purchasing a vehicle, I was just looking, but after seeing "my car" I knew that I'd be driving off the lot with it that night. Through my back and forth of whether or not I was being irrational for making such a large purchase "on a whim" Shawn was extremely patient with me. He also did his very best to explain to me exactly what was going on and the reasons why certain decisions were made throughout the negotiations. Again, he didn't push...which ultimately made me even more sure that I was making the right decision to purchase with Hayes. I sincerely appreciated Shawn's willingness to put himself in my shoes and treat me like he'd treat his own sister or friend. Joe was also extremely helpful and informative throughout the finance process. He made me feel completely at ease with all the tricky and intimidating finance stuff...completely won me over as a Hayes customer! I truly could not have asked for a better team or a better car buying experience. I left Hayes that evening with my beautiful new Grand Cherokee and as a new lifetime customer of Hayes. In my opinion, they are the best of the best. Highly recommended for your next car buying experience. More
