Eddie made the buying experience very pleasant with his positive attitude and enthusiasm, patience, and willingness to spend all the time necessary to get me the car I wanted at a price that I could afford. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, very informative, and great at answering and addressing any questions or concerns that come up when buying a new car. Eddie was very welcoming, personable, and made me feel comfortable from the start of my appointment. We had such a great time! Because I made my purchase later in the day, I had to come back the next day to pick up my new Jeep. Good times. This was a fun experience. I can be difficult at times when it comes to big purchases because I won't budge unless I feel comfortable with my decision This was a fun experience. I can be difficult at times when it comes to big purchases because I won't budge unless I feel comfortable with my decision. This was no exception but after meeting my sales representative, a Mr. Ernest Clarke, he quickly answered questions and concerns I had. We drove a few cars to see which was a better fit for me (Even going as far to giving me a small standard transmission refresher course because I expressed interest.) Overall the experience was an adventure which is largely due to the patient staff. Great experience and it lead to a great buy. 10/10 Would Ernest again. More
