Great delearship, but watch for this salesman. I searched and went to many delearships looking for my next car. Hayes CDJ has a wide selection and I found the perfect car there. I work with Keith Perkins who was a bit of a jerk and quite pushy. Hayes CDJ is a great delearship and I would recommend everyone to get their car from Hayes, but Keith, not so much. After I stopped answering his calls because I was at work he began to text me stating "he really needs to sell a car today." Really??!! Once I actually went to the delearship the OTHER salesmen were extreme friendly and I thank them for their hospitality. The guy in finance did amazing to get me an affordable deal on the car I wanted and when I go to buy my next car Hayes is the place I'm returning to, just not with Keith Perkins. More

In a small amount of time, Dion reviewed my requests and was well on the way to determine my needs. I was given a road test even though the vehicle I desired was at the Baldwin location. Nice ride and all questions answered. I reviewed the finance portion with Derek Langley and we hit it off immediately (since I too work in Finance). After reviewing all options, I made the decision that was best for my interests with little fanfare. I've not purchased a vehicle in over 8 years and then I had the help of my husband. Now a widow, I was a bit apprehensive. But I was not pressured to purchase anything I did not want. Overall a great experience. More
