I was at a red light for a left turn and the left turn light turned green. I started to go and he yelled at me to watch out, it's a red light! Seriously. Then on the way back from my house to the dealership, he demands I take a road I don't want to take. Then while waiting for the person in front of me to go through the light he gets angry and starts to reach over to honk the horn. It was very offensive. He really sold me hard about a great feature of the car I was buying. Of course, he sells me on this by using chauvinistic examples (let's say you're in a hurry to get into the mall for a sale and you can't remember if you locked your car) - what? Okay, yeah, I'm female. Really? Is that what you tell guys? Anyway, got home and told my spouse all about the feature only to find it not working on the car. Spent 30 minutes with tech support only to find out it ISN'T AVAILABLE for my car. After telling the finance guy and the internet sales guy that I was really unhappy with my salesman, they proceeded to pretend to care and then charged me almost twice the going rate for the extended warranty. Nothing like pretending to take care of a customer while you laugh. I'll find another dealer for my next purchase. More

We looked at both the Lawrenceville, and Gainesville locations, eventually finding the vehicle I was going to purchase at the Gainesville location. JP helped with getting the Jeep back to the Lawrenceville dealership, and completed the transaction quickly and efficiently.
