His "no pressure" approach made me feel like I had chosen the right dealership to do business. Derek in finance was equally nice to work with and really made for a all around great buying experience. The only complaint I have is that when I took delivery of my vehicle (2014 Grand Cherokee) whoever was responsible for detailing did a horrible job. I didn't see much of what was missed until the day after delivery. I was disappointed in that aspect but all-in-all it was a great experience. More

Bought a Town and Country! I hate buying cars. It is usually very stressful and I don’t like being pressured. However, the purchase of my car (Town and Country) at Hayes Chrys I hate buying cars. There were quite a few cars to choose from. J. P. Kim was able to guide me to the car that fit my needs perfectly. I never felt pressured by him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was driving and was able to answer all of my questions. I was happy with the deal we made for the car. I would recommend this dealership. More
