This is the worst car buying experience i have ever had. The sales Manager by the name of Nubian Holmes is very nasty. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from these people again. The car had scratches on it prior to me taking possession of it. Nobody contacted us to set up a appointment to REPAIR the scratches at all. They failed to detail the car prior to delivering the BRAND NEW car. The windows were dirty, the tail pipes still had MUD on them and in them. They took the car through a car wash instead of detailing the car at the dealership like ALL dealers do. They sent me a email at the last min. telling me i need to go to the tag office and get a Tag instead on processing the tag like ALL dealerships do when you purchase a BRAND NEW CAR. I WILL NOT REFER THEM TO ANYBODY. The sales guy was O.K. but failed to do his job by contacting me in reference to the repairs and the need for me to go out and purchase my own tag when we were made to think that Tax,Tag and Title was all included in the total amount paid......NEVER AGAIN !!! I dont even want this car now. Give me my money BACK !! The Sales Manager also told me NOT TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP ANYMORE. HE TOLD ME THIS ON FRIDAY 05/10/2013 AFTER OF COURSE THEY HAVE MY MONEY...... UPDATE: On Saturday 5/11/13 i did received a call from Dusty Haynes. He apologized for any misunderstanding and made a commitment to work with me and fix any problems in a professional manner. I also received a call and apology from the Sales Manager Nubian Holmes for any misunderstandings. I will keep you updated. More

Hayes Dodge in Lawrenceville was the right dealer to visit, they didnt pressure my wife and I and we felt as if we were being helped instead of someone just trying to sell us a car. We had been looking for either a Chrysler or Dodge Minivan Stow and Go. We looked on the Hayes web site and decided to look at their used minivans.We put together a list of 2012 minivans listed on the Minivan Stow and Go. When we arrived we were looking for a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan listed on their on-line used inventory. It wasn't on the lot. We spoke with JP Kim and we showed him the stock number 15567 shown on the the on-line inventory list which had 28,336 miles. JP checked and found the vehicle was still there and was being used. He brought the vehicle out for us to look at and at this time it had 31,831 miles. We took it for a test drive and decided to purchase it. JP said he would have the vehicle cleaned up and be ready for us the following day.When we went back the next day, JP had everything read tp go. We found JP to be very helpful, friendly and efficient. He had everything ready for us to meet with Derek Langley. After we finished the paperwork, JP took us out to the vehicle. He did a great job in explaining many of the features in the vehicle. When we started the vehicle and were ready to drive out, the computer said it was due for an oil change. We went back inside to get JP to show him the computer message. He immediately had us follow him to the service area and he contacted the service department and they immediately took the vehicle in and changed the oil and we were on our way in about 30 minutes. JP did a great job in providing the information for the vehicle and was very efficient in handling the details related to the sale of the vehicle. We also met with Derek Langley the Business Manager to finalize the paperwork.We were not able to immediately locate the title for the vehicle we were trading in. Derek offered to handle the task of getting the title for a cost of $100. He said if we can find the title in less than 10 days we could bring it in and they would reimburse us the $100. More
