He helped answered all my questions to his knowledge and assisted me in every detail of my purchase. Not to mention, the finance officer (don't remember his name) was very nice. I arrived at the dealership after work which was later in the day and they were willing to stay after hours to assist me. Instead of rushing through my paperwork, he took his time and went over all the details of my loan and answered all my questions with completeness. I have not had any experience with the service department but so far the sales department exceeded my expectation. I purchased a 2012 Ram 4x4. I did the entire deal over the phone because I live in SC. I even had them send the truck out to have some customizations done to it before I even saw the truck. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff was very friendly, the truck was clean, and the tank was full. And their advertized price was cheaper than my local dealership even after haggling with them for a week. Great dealership, I will buy from them again! PS If I had to criticize any portion of the deal, it would be the fact that they tried to sell me very overpriced gap-coverage and service plans, but once I said "no" it was the end of it. They didn't try to pressure me. Thats pretty darned good for a car dealership! More
