When it came down to numbers he invoked Jake who was equally fantastic. He assisted with the different types of financing Hyundai offered vs our own bank. I was lied to. I went to this dealership with a friend to look at used cars. I was shown a 2015 certified. I was told by the salesman and also have a pamphlet that stated certified Hyundai came WITH the remainder of the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. The finance manager added more than $1800.00 for a warranty. I called back and questioned it. Guess since I am disabled senior citizen and a Veteran they would just screw me over. I live on a very limited income and this dealership took advantage of me. I would rate this dealership a 0 but it won't let me go that low. More
