Went home to sleep on it came back a week or two later. David was busy when we got there. But we waited over an hour for him, they offered us other people but we said no. I like the way David handled himself!!!! So we waited for him!!! And yes he sold us our new car and we love it explained everything showed us everything!!! David is A great asset to your company!!! The salesman was top notch hands down Tony was very knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful and patient. The service was great until it was time to make a deal. I made it clear I was a repeat customer an knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful and patient. The service was great until it was time to make a deal. I made it clear I was a repeat customer and Also I had a voucher I received in the mail with a discount towards any car. None of this mattered unfortunately we went back and forth senselessly the finance person really could careless if the deal went through or not in the end after Tony walked back and forth around eight times I got up walked toward the guy and asked what the deal was I had the voucher that was worth more then what he wanted and the answer was it’s a gimmick it’s not real we don’t send them out even though it has our name on it bla, bla ok wil make the deal. Finally wow really and still didn’t get the full amount of the voucher towards my sale. More

TONY Frazier was great and patient. I test drove a couple of cars and tony new which car I really wanted. He knew how to ask for the sale, with out putting any pressure on you.
