I have been driving my 1996 Toyota Corolla since I bought her in 1998. I reluctantly realized that it was time to replace her with a newer car, and I presumed I would buy another Toyota. However, after seeing the 2012 Hyundai Accent, I fell in love with the new body style, great warranty, and reputation this car has. I had already test-driven a 2012 Accent GLS at another Dealership, and was given their rock-bottom price, which I thought was an excellent deal. However, I happened to see an almost identical 2012 Accent GLS online at Headquarter Hyundai –Color, Body style, Options, etc. Yet, the Accent at HQ Hyundai had much lower mileage, was Certified Pre-Owned and had tinted windows, which the other Accent did not offer. My Sales Professional, Robert Duran, was so courteous and extremely helpful. He addressed all of my questions and concerns, and negotiated the very best price. I drove away with an Accent GLS that was practically brand new – fully serviced, and freshly washed and detailed. The best part is, although I paid slightly more for this Accent than I would have paid at the other Dealership, I received a far superior vehicle at HQ Hyundai for the money. I can’t thank Robert Duran (and his colleagues) enough for his assistance and effort in delivering the best deal and customer service I could have asked for !! This was definitely a 5-Star experience !! More

I saw a used Sonata online and thought the price was fair. I went to the dealership in the morning planning on an all day affair. I am not an east guy to please and I just have to say I left smiling. Thanks for making it easy guys More
Advertised 15572 on a 2013 elantra. Refused to sell car at that price because in the fine print it says in one small sentence that price includes all incentives. The adds they post do not accuratly state what they are selling their cars at. At first Chad said we were wrong about the price and insisted were off our rockers. After showing himand his "finance" guys the screen shot of the add from there website he was upset but then told us all about the extra incentives you need to qualify for in order to get the "special" advertised price. We told him that was a bait and switch tactic and he said that is how all dealerships advertise. We left after a horrible 4 hours of back and forth. Stay away from this place. Oh and lets not forget John his manager who i guess could not understand why we were so upset. He said the 1000 difference between the add and the real price was not a lot of money. Car salesman must make a lot of money these days. More
