I understand where you are coming from but you don't seem to get what upset me and my wife. You refused to follow your own listed internet special price on a vehicle. It is plain and simple. Just because every other dealer might do it the same way does not mean it is an ok practice. If you would like to contact me I can be reached at 407-401-0934. Using the fine print to lure customers in for a new car does not seem to be something a business based on complete customer satisfaction should be doing. We may be able to work something out though.

I had contacted the person who wrote the review to see if there was anything we here at Headquarter Hyundai could do to resolve the issue at hand. I explained how our advertising worked and offered to come to a resolution both parties would agree to. The customer stated he bought something else. I wish we could have come to a mutual agreement and resolved the issues mentioned. Going forward I hope they consider us in the future should they need a new or great used car.
