I was afraid I would not experience this based on my initial experience because I drive a leased car. Two weeks into the purchase of my leased car I encountered a rude condescending financial officer about a mistake he made on my paperwork and I felt that my purchase had been a mistake. But in returning for services at the service department everyone has been more than nice , more than friendly and more than helpful. I hope that this culture has also changed in the financial department. Nice & Friendly but It was an overall nice experience although it took a long time (6+ hours!) Not complaining, just stating fact. The first 2 hours were spent selecting the model, trim, color, etc. Took FOUR hours to get the paperwork, printed, reviewed, signed, etc. Not once during the 6 hour process was I offered a drink or shown where the rest rooms were. I attribute that to the fact that he salesman was young and could use some constructive feedback. A few more sales tips: During the car overview (before you drive it home) I was not shown how to open the hood, or where the jack and spare tire is. I also didn’t find out that I have a 60/40 fold down rear seat until I got home. More
