Yup you are right.... it’s pushy sales tactics... I came in for a service not even trying to buy a car and I was approached by friendly people all over the place. The 2 service people were amazing and friendly. I was approached by Martin and he was great to work with. I absolutely loved how I didn’t feel pressured. As I was waiting there to make a deal, the manager Steven walked in, I was like here we go, the big guns are coming in to pressure me! I was wrong. Steven was great and listened to our needs and helped us get around a few hurdles. Normally I at this point in other dealerships I’ve been to the salesman person would tell you, “ maybe you should get a lower model or maybe tell you to get lower trim and make you feel poor.... but I was surprised again. Any ways... we bought the 2019 grand touring cx9 today and we are super excited about it. I’m happy my pregnant wife has a reliable car now and it went pretty seem-less. I would buy again from this dealership. Now a days, good service is hard to find and I was pleasantly surprised here. Maybe it’s something in the clermont water. What I will say is that I did a ton of research on prices all over Florida. Within 200 miles this is the cheapest I found my cx9 grand touring... More

Mazda headquarters was just down the street and we decided to just walk in and sit in the car. Martin greeted us at the door. He was welcoming and very knowledgeable. We explained we just wanted to sit in the car.....there was a red one in the showroom, it took about a minute to sit in this vehicle and say how much?........martin is a low key professional salesman.......we bought the car! Eager to help and great service!!!!! We could not have been happier. They were eager to help us and get us back on the road. We called Headquarter Mazda and it was completely different. They ordered the part we needed and set an appointment to put it on the next morning first thing. They got our vacation going again!!! Great Buying Experience We started our car search in September 2018. We looked at a few manufacturers and models, and reading the reviews and looking at independent users’ test-drive and reviews, we narrowed our test-drive and review to three models of which the Mazda was one. We then began to look at the reviews of each Mazda dealership in our general area and Headquarter Mazda’s was head-and-shoulder above the others. Although Headquarter Mazda was not the dealership closest to us, we felt it was worth the trip. I first reached out to Martin and explained to him what we were looking for and when we had planned to visit. He gave us a follow-up phone call and I told him that due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to delay our visit. He told us when we were ready, to give him a call and that was it. There were no other phone calls or pressured sales pitch. When we arrived at the dealership, we met with Shawn. We are empty nesters, but we convinced ourselves that the CX9 Touring with the premium package (or maybe the Grand Touring) was what we needed. We test-drove the CX9 and we were not disappointed. While getting the CX9 paperwork together, my wife saw a red CX5 Touring Reserve on the lot that she was very excited about we test drove it. The moment we test-drove the CX5 we immediately knew it was for us. In total, we spent about 4½ at the dealership with Shawn and he could not be any more accommodating to us. We were never rushed and he explained and patiently answered all our questions first on the CX9 and then the CX5. It was truly a great experience and it is how we expected to feel and be treated, when spending our money with someone. A few days later we went back to pick up the vehicle and Martin showed the same patience with us, explained all the features and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Easy as 1,2,3. Let me start by saying I’m not the type of person who needs to be sold something. I buy things that I want based on information that I have gathered on my own. So, I had been looking for a car for a couple of months and saw one Headquarter Mazda had online. I went to take a look at it. I browsed the other cars on their lot in addition to the one I had come to look at. As I was doing so, a young man approached and introduced himself as Shawn. He asked if I need any assistance and I replied that I was wondering about taking the 2015 Honda Accord for a test drive. He told me that wouldn’t be a problem and returned in a few minutes with the keys and a dealer plate. After returning I said I’d like to discuss the price and so we headed inside to see if we could come to an agreement. I also mentioned to him that I was on a time crunch due to meetings downtown later in the day. Shawn did not waste my time and was very efficient in getting the deal done. Unfortunately I did not have the time to finish the deal that day nor did I have someone to drive my truck back downtown for me. Shawn offered to do it for me but I opted to just come back the next day to finalize everything. The next day I called ahead and let him know I was on my way. He said they would start the paperwork while waiting for me. When I arrived I started signing things and before long I was out the door and on my way in my previously owned Honda. The only thing that took a little longer than expected was getting a lender with a percentage rate that I was ok with. That was not their problem that the lending institutuions were not quick in responding. Shawn may be young but he did a fantastic job on helping me get into the car and out the door. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asks. It was a pleasure to deal with him. More
