Well, last week, I went with her to drop off her vehicle for service and later in the day, went with her to pick it up. She was spot on! I said as we walked back to the car after the drop off that they were very pleasant and friendly. That gave me comfort knowing that when she had car issues and I was not around...she was in good hands. A shout out to Service Advisor, Anthony Cruz. He was a true professional.
