I was trading in my old Fiat for a 2018 Mazda! . Needless to say… I’ve always found the purchase of a new car to be highly stressful. And I have never driven a Mazda before. So I really felt out t . Needless to say… I’ve always found the purchase of a new car to be highly stressful. And I have never driven a Mazda before. So I really felt out there by myself LOL However, from the second I walked into this dealership I felt listened to, and taken care of. Absolutely every person who worked at this dealership was wonderful to deal with and everyone made the experience a true pleasure. At the end of the day, I have a car that I absolutely love to drive that looks beautiful… And I will be telling everyone not just about Mazda's...… But most definitely about this dealership. Mazda As I arrived to the dealership and after I parked, I began to look at the cars. Incredibly Wonderful Experience We came in this past Friday to look at a CX-3, but ended up walking out with a Mazda 3. Jordan was our sales consultant and he was absolutely wonderfu We came in this past Friday to look at a CX-3, but ended up walking out with a Mazda 3. Jordan was our sales consultant and he was absolutely wonderful, he is very knowledgeable about the brand & helped me leave with a car that I absolutely love! Chris from finance was awesome and Josue helped us toward the end & he was fantastic as well! Not once did we feel pressured into anything. It wasn’t your typical “jerk you around, pressure you into something” car buying experience. It was actually an enjoyable experience. I really like how all of the sales consultants seem to work together here. I have never been someone who has had any sort of brand loyalty, but I may have found one! Thank you Jordan and the rest of the staff at Headquarter Mazda for helping me get into a brand new car that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. I’ll definitely be recommending you to others that I know who are shopping for new cars & I’ll definitely be back next time I’m shopping for a car (although, that’ll be a few years from now)! More
