Austin began as my salesman by phone days before I even came to the dealership. He was professional kind and very knowledgeable. I absolutely felt like he was working for me before even knowing if so would buy or if I was qualified. He treated me with respect WITHOUT the perk of potential payoff. We had been searching for weeks and had been to many many dealerships. This was by far the best experience. The sales manager Zach was also amazing. I am so glad we came here. They were friendly and knowledgeable and very fair in negotiations. I was concerned I couldn’t afford a car this nice but they worked with me to get it into my monthly budget. The quality of Mazda cars speak for themselves, but the people at the dealership made it an overall great experience. Other dealerships in town wrote me off because I am young and this was my first car loan but Mazda took me seriously from the beginning and I really appreciated that. Rick was my salesman and he was outstanding and very patient with me. I recommend him and Headquarter Mazda in Clermont highly! More
