This Review is Strictly for Jorge Contreras ( Body Shop) this person has no manners nor customer service Skills. I arrived at the dealer this morning around 830 for an issue on my 2022 Rav4 where water was this person has no manners nor customer service Skills. I arrived at the dealer this morning around 830 for an issue on my 2022 Rav4 where water was getting under the Hood after running the car thru a car wash. I was instructed to take the vehicle to the Body shop which I did, there was a young man without a name tag inside the Office which refused to help me,the First thing that came out of his Mouth DID you Purchased the Vehicle Here. I was no I did not why I asked? I was told you must take the vehicle to the Dealership where it was purchased. I was like I don’t think so it is a 2022 with 2100 miles it under warranty. This young man then went to get Jorge Contreras which did the same thing take it to the Dealership where it was purchased you should build a relationship with that dealer. I was like what the xxxx are you talking about? Are you going to address my issue yes or no? Jorge Contreras stated I can’t help there’s nothing I can do for you. I did let him know I was going to give him a bad review on line and that he lack of customer service Skilks. Jorge walked away shouting yes you go ahead and do that. It is an unfortunate event and will never set Foot at Headquarters Toyota ever again. The above is All the owners/management fault for not paying attention to detail to the Customers. 06/24/2023. Called and got a quote for msrp plus dealer fee. Great I thought, easy deal, no negotiations. Was willing to pay it, especially during these times. Offered to put a deposit. Was told yes, but we added tint, wheel locks, door edge guards, pinstripes, nitro in tires, etc. that will be $2,000 additional. Take it or leave it. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and my brakes were pulsating at 46,000 miles. The service advisor that I was originally scheduled to work with was out for the day and James Rodriguez happily assi were pulsating at 46,000 miles. The service advisor that I was originally scheduled to work with was out for the day and James Rodriguez happily assisted me without hesitation. James reviewed the history of my car and only asked to service what I came in for and not try to pressure me into everything the dealership offers, which I appreciated. He promptly called me as soon as my car was completed, cashed me out right at his desk and walked me to my car. His professionalism was excellent! I love Headquarter Toyota and wouldn't consider going anywhere else; the service is always great and they always make you feel like you're their best customer. I live 30 minutes away and probably pass two other dealers to get there, but no doubt, I'll always go to Headquarter! Thank you, James! More
Un dealer realmente engañoso. Llegué a este dealer con la mejor opinión y seguro de sus servicios. Me dieron un carro,me lo quitaron,me dieron otro,a los dos meses me lo quitaron,no devolvieron mi down payment,que ahorré trabajando en pa servicios.
