Car delivered to body shop after ordering the parts to change the underneath engine cover & bumper insulator plus three clipses all are (Parts), no paint job or any other job required rather than changing change the underneath engine cover & bumper insulator plus three clipses all are (Parts), no paint job or any other job required rather than changing the above parts and refix the bumper properly. its very small job as there is no accident and it will take almost like one hour to fix it in the body shop. I waited in the waiting area and then I informed that the car is ready. I returned the car back three times to the body shop: 1- right & left side bumper gaps with fenders was almost half inch. 2- underneath cover was not fixed properly as in some areas has to be under the bumper edges and in some areas are above it. The lady that I am working with is trying hard, but she dont know cars, I was surprised & shocked how come Toyota Certified collision center deliver the car by this way, if you really dont know cars and you dont sleep on the floor under the bumper to see what the xxxx they have done, if you dont know cars, you will never get a good job as its below average I am surprised how they can deliver the car with this quality and its certified Toyota Collision Center. Any other garage will give a better job compared to them, Unless you are ready and have the time to fight, check the car properly, have some experince about cars & have the time. More

This Review is Strictly for Jorge Contreras ( Body Shop) this person has no manners nor customer service Skills. I was instructed to take the vehicle to the Body shop which I did, there was a young man without a name tag inside the Office which refused to help me,the First thing that came out of his Mouth DID you Purchased the Vehicle Here. I was no I did not why I asked? I was told you must take the vehicle to the Dealership where it was purchased. I was like I don’t think so it is a 2022 with 2100 miles it under warranty. This young man then went to get Jorge Contreras which did the same thing take it to the Dealership where it was purchased you should build a relationship with that dealer. I was like what the xxxx are you talking about? Are you going to address my issue yes or no? Jorge Contreras stated I can’t help there’s nothing I can do for you. I did let him know I was going to give him a bad review on line and that he lack of customer service Skilks. Jorge walked away shouting yes you go ahead and do that. It is an unfortunate event and will never set Foot at Headquarters Toyota ever again. The above is All the owners/management fault for not paying attention to detail to the Customers. 06/24/2023. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and my brakes were pulsating at 46,000 miles. The service advisor that I was originally scheduled to work with was out for the day and James Rodriguez happily assi were pulsating at 46,000 miles. The service advisor that I was originally scheduled to work with was out for the day and James Rodriguez happily assisted me without hesitation. James reviewed the history of my car and only asked to service what I came in for and not try to pressure me into everything the dealership offers, which I appreciated. He promptly called me as soon as my car was completed, cashed me out right at his desk and walked me to my car. His professionalism was excellent! I love Headquarter Toyota and wouldn't consider going anywhere else; the service is always great and they always make you feel like you're their best customer. I live 30 minutes away and probably pass two other dealers to get there, but no doubt, I'll always go to Headquarter! Thank you, James! More

Thieves Went to service. Took my car in because it pulls to the right. We were told that what the car needed alignment and balance. We paid to get it fixed. D Went to service. Drove out of the dealer only to drive back in because the car still pulls to the right. Gonzalo now blames it on our tires, meaning, they sold us an alignment and balance that the car DID NOT NEED, and they charged us for unnecessary repairs that didn't fix the problem. Meanwhile, we are out $180.00, and our car still pull to the right. More
They overbook their service appointments and that is bad business. That is unprofessional and just plain rude. You cannot play with your customers' times and schedules.
