Heart City the best-Toyota cars are the best You don't need to read any farther if you don't want to. Take my word for it; everyone is very friendly and helpful. Kendall has now sold me 3 new Prius's in the last 8 years, and everything went great. The service and body departments are top of the line, and I love the free coffee and popcorn while I wait. (Read on if you want more.) Heart City has not made one single mistake since I've been going there. My first car from them was a new 2008 Prius, and no one but they serviced the car. My 2008 got hit in a hail storm a year later, and their body shop had to replace the hood, roof, trunk, and some of the side pieces, (95 dents in all). It cost over $5,000, but insurance covered all but the deductible. When I got the car back, it was as if I was driving it out of the show room, (and smelled like it too); what a beautiful job they did, just like it was new again. Then a year later, I hit a 6-point buck deer, which bounced off the hood, off my window, flipped into the air, and left the car with another $6,000 damage and another new paint job. Again, it was just like getting into a brand new car. Then a year and a half later, I made a left turn, a guy doing over 70 came over the hill from the other direction and T-boned my Prius with his Chevy Impala. He hit us right in the passenger door and all the air bags saved my wife from serious injury, but this time the car was totaled. In only about two weeks, Heart City had me in a new 2011 Prius, which had everything in it that I wanted. They worked with me and managed to cut my car payments in half, even giving me credit for the extended warranty that was left over from the first Prius. A year ago, I hit a curb with the right front tire which lost the hub cap, (at night), blew out the tire and also ruined the wheel rim. Well a new rim cost about $400. They put on a new tire, ($100), ordered a new hub cap, ($70), and found a used wheel rim for only about $180. They had me back on the road in no time and it runs like new. A few months later I needed new tires all around, so they charged me for only 3 tires, since the one I had to buy earlier matched the new one's, which had only a little wear on it. They serviced my car every 5,000 miles, even if they were packed with customers, and still got me out in very little time. I do recommend this dealer and will go only to them if possible. Did I tell you the big secret, that when you buy a new car there, you get a free car wash that comes with the car, (for life). More
