From what I was told this auto group uses a certain matrix in their parts department making pricing a little tricky when your girlfriend is at the dealership getting her car worked on. The part that was needed was well over $400 at this dealership. When you call every other Toyota dealership in the area you're looking at $350. To add onto this when we went to pay, my girlfriend was totally ignored by the service writer and gave me her paperwork to sign. Yes her name was right next to the X he wrote to write next to. More

I found the certified pre-owned Camry on Car Gurus website located at Heartland Toyota. From the moment I walked in the doors until I drove home in my new (2-1/2 year old) Camry, I was treated so wonderfully that it felt like a dream come true. The dealership was busy; customers buying, receiving maintenace, etc. That did not stop them from immediately greeting us and having a customer representative assigned to us. Grace was so friendly, outgoing and importantly so knowledgeable about all Toyotas. She made the time spent there so wonderful that I wanted to purchase another vehile right away, just to enjoy the service and all around upbeat mood at Heartland Toyota. Thank you for this opportunity to let people know that this is the dealership they should go to first.
