My first experience was 5 yrs ago after a serious accident where my truck was totaled. I was upset and hurting and had a concussion. They were understanding and helpful and I left that day with my 1500 outdoorsman that I just paid off Today I took my son in to buy his first Ram truck. We didn't know how it was going to go for him honestly. Allen Bradshaw found him exactly the truck he needed AND wanted at a great price for him and worked for hours to get him a good deal and into the truck he wanted. He provided me the keys for a test drive and was there to assist upon my return, we sat and he was able to provide me with exactly what I came in and asked for, unfortunately we were there after closing hours and he never skipped a beat with us, he had no problem at all staying late, needless to say I left that dealership in a 2019 Jeep very satisfied with the experience I had with this one particular salesman!
