One negative, the finance guy told me the dent, ding, and windshield coverage was covered by the dealership, when in fact it was a line item in the cost of the vehicle only shown at closing, and NOT brought up to my attention. I would not have paid for that "insurance" if I knew it was actually my option. (Reminds me of the old undercoating scam of years past) Shame on you Jeff....and you Mark Hebert. More

The reason I'm writing this review is because this was my first time ever buying a new car and it was a lot harder than I thought . I ran into every problem you could imagine . Then later on that day while riding in my BUCKET i received another call from Curtis asking me was I ready to ride. Some how he got it done and I can't thank him enough. what a great experience we had during the purchase of our 2011 grand caravan. the management team went above and beyond to see that my wife got the vehicle she wanted. our sales person, mr. justin rogers wa 2011 grand caravan. the management team went above and beyond to see that my wife got the vehicle she wanted. our sales person, mr. justin rogers was super. on our first visit he explained the differences between the vehicles we looked at and made it easy for us to select the one that best suited our lifestyle. one thing that set him apart from other automobile sales people i have dealt with was his knowledge of the product. he answered all our questions about the grand caravan. i dont have to tell you that product knowledge can make or break a sale. the more you know about your product, the more successful you will be. when taking delivery of our new vehicle, mr. rogers walked us around to make sure all was as suspose to be. he was thorough, showed us all the controls, answered questions and made sure we knew the vehicle before we left. if this is part of your dealership training, keep it up. if not, you should implement it. after all is done, most salespeople just hand you the keys, shake your hand, open the door and wave goodbye... again, thanks to mr. rogers and the management team for an execllent experience. i would recommend hebert's to anyone without hesitation/ More
