My husband and I are repeat customers of Hebert's. We bought our 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan through them 2 years ago. We had a wonderful experience then. Bruce Lemon was the salesman who worked with us, and he worked very hard to get us a great deal on our van. We did not feel "pushed" in to buying the vehicle like we had felt at many other dealerships. The non-aggressive sales experience is what brought us back to Hebert's when we decided to trade in our mini-van for a 2011 Dodge Journey. Bruce Lemon retired from Hebert's, so Cameo Buckner was our salesman this time around. He did everything he could to make sure the vehicle we wanted had everything we needed! He went out of his way to get the vehicle from another dealership. And when there were complications (due to the other dealership misunderstanding), Cameo worked even harder to get the vehicle from a dealership even further away! He got us a fantastic deal on a car we love! He was VERY patient and understanding ( we had three young kids with us! ) and he was not pressuring us in to the vehicle at all! In 2003 I bought my first ever Dodge 1500 pick-up.I was a Ford or GMC owner before. I can honestly say I have never driven a better truck than my '04 1500. This vehicle is head and shoulders above my 04. Great gas milage, super ride, and good looking.Hebert Town and Country was not in the truck business in 2004. This dealership is as good as they get. Van did a super job accomodating my needs. He found the truck I wanted and priced it right. It is without reservation that I reccommend Van and Hebert's to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Let it be known I am in no way related to the owners of this dealership!! More

In absolute candor I say that Mr. Buckner is one of the best sales persons I have ever done business with. He is polite, respectful, helpful and informed. He never tries to "SELL" you anything. Instead he helps you decide your needs and wants; then does all he can to satisfy them. This is the second car Cameo has helped me purchase. His style was the same on both occasions. Hebert's dealership is very professionally run and managed. Their business view is long term, not focused on just today. A very pleasant atmosphere in which to do business, both purchase and continuing service. More
